I woke this morning with a song and a promise in my head. Did you?
This is one of my very favorite verses:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
–Jeremiah 29:11
Aren’t you glad that He already has a plan? All we have to do is listen for His still small voice as He guides us along the path we are meant to follow! If you sit back and take the time to really mull that over it takes the everyday stress and guesswork about what comes next and it tucks it away in a back corner box, unneeded.
This is my view. The leaves are starting the change. Sun is shining. It’s a beautiful day! Even though I tried to start my coffee pot with no water in it just before I sat down to write this post, it is a beautiful day! Sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself and say you’re going to get some more sleep tonight. 😉
This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalms 118:24
Here is the song that got me started this morning! I hope you enjoy it! I am off to wake up a little bit with that pot of coffee and join my church family to get my worship on. What do your Sunday mornings look like? Sunday paper? Church? Sleeping in? Whatever it is you do this morning, rejoice in it! Many blessings.

Today I am linking up over at the at The Weekend Brew. So, head over there and see what everyone is up to and maybe find some encouragement to push you through the coming week!
Godspeed,
Mollie <3
Love this Mollie! The verse from Jeremiah has always spoken volumes to me. The song makes me want to dance every time I hear it and knowing that our everyday stress can be tucked away in a box in a back corner because we are letting go and letting God is a comfort. Have a beautiful week!
Thank you Mary! This verse has gotten me through many seasons of uncertainty. 🙂 I hope your week is wonderful as well!
