I can’t believe how perfect this week’s prompt is for the weekend I had. I would like to use it to share the changing of seasons in my life. Weekends around here are usually lazy, with the exception of church of course. this past weekend however was super busy. It was filled with a new puppy, errands, a wedding, the first my guy had performed, my 6 year old’s birthday party and Disney on Ice. Oh, did I mention the proposal?!!! We were out to dinner with our connect group and had just finished eating when he started telling everyone how much they mean to him, not an unusual occurrence with my sweetheart. When he got to me, well let’s just say things went a little different!
My connect group had apparently known this was coming for a couple months and were prepared with signs. They say; He Popped the Question 12-5-15, She Said Yes!, A Love Story Only God could Write, Oh Happy Day, Whoo Hoo!!! Wedding Bells Congratulations, Congratulations Thomas & Mollie, They Are Better Together Forever, and God is Good!
